Meursault Rouge is quite early-picked (before the Volnay Santenots). It has a ripe nose with plush red fruit, candied orange peel and touches of potpourri - more outgoing compared to the La Fussière at the moment. The palate is medium-bodied with ripe tannins, finely chiseled and fresh with a precise finish. This is going to be a lovely Meursault Rouge.
