This is an intriguing and unique wine. Made from carefully selected Inzolia grapes, it undergoes spontaneous fermentation. Its pale orange color is the result of careful maceration on the skins for five days. On the nose, it
reveals aromas of wild flowers, herbs, almonds, and orange peel. On the palate, it is soft and savory, with a balanced acidity, enriched by notes of citrus, dried apricots, white peaches, and sweet spices. Excellent as an aperitif and paired with sushi or on its own.
