This Blanc de Noirs Cuvee is the pillar of Moutard's production as it is a blend of several of the best vintages. The refined, rich nose evokes notes of butter, almond and brioche. A lively, elegant and balanced palate with good mouthfeel. This mid-weight Champagne from Moutard delivers the goods. Lemon peel, white flowers, crushed rocks, mint and slate lend pretty flavorful top notes. This is a fine value in the realm of grower Champagne.
