TÏN expresses its territory of origin with great clarity. Fermentation, maceration for about 10 months and ageing in clay amphorae emphasise its original characteristics. The grapes are harvested from vineyards with an average age of 20 years and a planting density of 6500 plants per hectare. 100% Sangiovese. From certified-biodynamic estate vines in San Casciano in Val di Pesa at the northern edge of the Chianti Classico zone.
