Made from 10 plots covering 13 hectacres, vinified and aged in a mix of stainless steel, concrete, demi-muids and foudres for one year, then all is blended in tank before bottling in January. A fairly full yellow in color with some sunshine alongside the definite reductive character. The bouquet grows in richness, with ripe apple notes. A juicy quality of fruit, even a little bit buttery, salted butter for sure. A lean, well-defined white, offering peach, lemon cake, honey and oak spice aromas and flavors. Succulent and balanced, with echoes of toasty oak on the finish.
