Plush and juicy blackcurrant and tomato leaf, cherry and plum. It's brooding and sassy. Full, rich, ripe and raisiny, this is really quite tasty. This vintage was warm, and the fruit here is sweet and a little figgy, but it's rounded and smooth with soft ripe tannins. Fermented in steel and aged in French oak for six months. Great for the price, a value claret that punches above its weight!
