Aged tropically for 10 years in El Salvador. Finished for 22 months in a combination of Rolling Fork casks: 3 Oloroso sherry casks, 5 port wine casks, 4 rye whiskey casks, and 10 Kentucky bourbon barrels. No additives or coloring.
A spicy nose of cinnamon, clove, and vanilla baking spices transitions to a rich and fruity palate displaying bright citrus and dark fruit anchored by caramel; the baking spices reemerge on the finish along with hazelnut, raisin, and cherry.
